Tubigrip (Abdominal Support Garment)

It can help to:

• Reduce discomfort in your lower tummy and pelvis

• Support your abdomen during pregnancy to offload your trunk muscles and joints

• Support your growing abdomen during pregnancy

• Support your c-section wound postpartum, to optimise scar recovery

• Support your abdomen postpartum, to optimise abdominal separation (DRAM) recovery

Size guide:

• Size K - Postpartum (safe immediately postpartum, however some people prefer this size from 1 week postpartum onwards)

• Size L - Pregnancy (from approx 25 weeks this size would provide the best benefit, but can be used sooner) or early postpartum (first 1 week).

Our Tubigrip is approx. 85CM length, which is enough for a double layer of compression. We recommend wearing it doubled over (this should still feel comfortable).
